At What Age Are Women Happiest With Their Naked Body

Are you tired of seeing those ugly lumps and wrinkles forming all over your body? Well a new study suggests that you could be well on your way out of the body-hating department. You've heard me right. This UK study has revealed that women are happiest with their naked bodies at the age of 34.

But why at 34, a time when most female models quit their careers for a different kind of a job? Well, the study highlights the following as the key reasons behind its interesting findings.

Settled In Life
First off, majority of women at this age have already settled in life. Most are in fact in long-term relationship and are therefore least worried about the future. The study suggests that 40% of British women that have hit the age are comfortable with looking at their naked body on the mirror every day. Only 16% confessed to disliking the very sight of their naked body.

Gotten Used To Their Physique
Apparently, 34 years are what one needs to get used to their physique. According to the popular study, 30% of women at this particular age are comfortable with their breasts, 22% legs and 19% their shoulders. But there still seems to be some unresolved tummy issues at this age since 57% of women who took part in this survey confessed to not being comfortable wearing a bikini on the beach.

Adopted healthy lifestyle habits
Another reason that has been fronted as being behind this renewed sense of assurance is that women at this age are generally well educated about healthy living. Renowned beautician Nichola Joss says that the majority of her clients who are in their mid-thirties typically have great body confidence. "They work hard to treat their body with respect and this brings them satisfaction" Nichola said. The fact that women are generally mature (upstairs) also explains why the level of self confidence is at fever-pitch at this specific age.

Learnt a lot from celebrities
The study has established that at 34, women have a few celebrities and models they admire and want to emulate. The survey puts at 48% the percentage of mid-thirty women who envy Holly Willoughby's curves. Jennifer Aniston is officially the woman with the sexiest arms in Britain winning the hearts of about 47% of women who took part in this interesting study.
